These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and [Your Legal Entity Name] (“BigRigConnect,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the BigRigConnect mobile application and related services (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may delete your account at any time in Settings.
You retain ownership of the content you create (posts, photos, videos, comments, messages, and similar). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate and provide the App. You are solely responsible for the content you share and represent that you have the rights to share it.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. There is no tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, or unlawful content or conduct on BigRigConnect. Users who engage in it may have their content removed and their accounts suspended or terminated.
You agree not to post, share, or transmit content, or engage in conduct, that:
You can report objectionable content or abusive users, and block other users, directly in the App. We review reports and act on them — including removing content and removing abusive users — and aim to address flagged content within 24 hours. We may remove content or restrict or terminate accounts at our discretion to keep the community safe.
Live voice rooms are real-time. Treat other drivers with respect. Hosts may mute, remove, or restrict participants, and the same community standards in Section 5 apply.
The Diesel assistant provides general information only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not professional, legal, mechanical, medical, or DOT-compliance advice. Do not rely on it for safety-critical or regulatory decisions, and independently verify important information.
The App relies on third-party services (including Supabase, RevenueCat, Daily, Anthropic, Expo, and the Apple App Store / Google Play). Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the App or its users.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content posted by other users is their own; we do not endorse it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigRigConnect and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BigRigConnect from claims and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [Jurisdiction], unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and BigRigConnect only, not Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
