All content posted to BigRigConnect — including posts, photos, comments, profile information, and any other material you submit — becomes the property of BigRigConnect and Christopher Turner upon submission.

BigRigConnect reserves the right to use, display, reproduce, modify, distribute, or delete any content submitted to the platform at its sole discretion.
BigRigConnect Pro is a paid subscription tier that unlocks premium features including the Diesel AI assistant, maintenance log, expense tracker, verified badge, and more.
The Diesel AI assistant is a Pro feature powered by artificial intelligence. You acknowledge and agree that:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BIGRIGCONNECT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigRigConnect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BigRigConnect and Christopher Turner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to BigRigConnect in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BigRigConnect and Christopher Turner from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
